Flake Epoxy floors are a 3 step process,

1. Grind and Primer coat

2. Base coat and Flake

3. Flake recovery and clear topcoat.

Prices range per sqm depending on the level of preparation required i.e. removal of current coatings like floor paint, crack and surface repair etc.

Concrete resurfacing is generally a 2 - 3 step/day process,

Dependent on the area size, the process could be completed in 2 days.

1. Acid and power wash, crack repair.

2. 2 x Base coat + Speckle

3. 2 x Sealer coat.
